Growing Pains

The industry is changing, there is real opportunity for the smaller start-ups to find their place on the high street amongst a backdrop of uncertainty and rising costs. Both technology & agility are key to growing in this challenging market place and I will hopefully be able to share some success from my experience moving from Carluccio''s to Pieminister over the last 12 months.
