Peter and team established Lolly, (previously Consolis) in 2007, and as CEO has grown the company to become a leading provider of windows PoS software and integrated payments for the hospitality sector.

Peter’s vision is that every hospitality business in the UK and Europe should have access to tried and tested enterprise level software and be able to accept card & contactless payments at an affordable entry price.

He hopes that his work will support companies at any stage of
growth - from small through to £50m contract caterers - helping them to run efficiently, and to scale as rapidly as possible.

In his spare time he tends to the Essex Vineyard he started in 2012, which now produces 5000 bottles of award winning Bacchus and Pinot Noir wine.
